For a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of sharing my love for plant-based pastry with more than 3000 students across Southeast Asia, from Singapore and Malaysia to several cities in Indonesia.
Originally from Indonesia, I then ventured overseas, studying and working as a pastry chef in New Zealand. I’ve always felt a pull towards new experiences, which led me to Spain, Portugal, and now, my current home in France. These international experiences have deeply influenced my approach to baking, allowing me to infuse my creations with unique and exciting flavors.
Just like life, I believe that vegan baking should be an adventure, not a limitation. It’s about exploring new possibilities, embracing plant-based ingredients, and creating desserts that are both delicious and satisfying. I love incorporating Asian ingredients in my recipes while also exploring new and exotic flavors. I emphasize following proper pastry techniques, but always aim to make the process as simple and approachable as possible.
